Q. Are these products oven proof?
A. Yes they are, it is recommended that you put them into a warm oven and allow them to heat with the oven rather than put them straight into a hot oven.
Q. What is the best way to take care of them and to prevent them from chipping?
A. As they are made from terracotta clay, they will soak in water.  The best way to care for them is to make sure they are dried thoroughly after washing, you can do this by putting them back into a warm oven before putting them away.
Q.If I order more than one item, will this still cost £8.00 postage, or do you charge more?
A. Yes, you can order as many items as you like and your total postage charge will be £8.00
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Delivery can usually take between 5 to 7 working day.
Q. I have received my order and it has been damaged in the post?
A. Please take a photograph of the item that has been damaged and email it to the email address provided.  A replacement item will be sent out to you.  See our terms of service at the bottom of the checkout page for more details.
Q.  I have received my order and it isn't quite the colour or size I am looking for, am I able to return it or swap it.
A. Yes you are, you will need to return yoru order to me (at your own cost) and I will process a refund or send out a replacement order.
Q. If I don't see what I am looking for on your website, is there a chance you will be able to order it for me?
A.  Yes, please send me the details of exactly what you are looking for and I will be able to check to see if I would be able to order it for you. CONTACT US
Q. If the item I am looking for is currently out of stock, can I still place my order and will you contact me as soon as it is available?
A. Yes, I will let you know as soon as the item is on its way, so we can finalise delivery arrangements.
Q. Will you offer express delivery if I need my item urgently for a gift or special occasion?
A. Yes, please email me to let me know and I will put it onto next day delivery.  There may be a small extra charge for this.
Q.  Am I able to order dinner sets including plates and bowls?
A.  Yes, If I do not have all the item available at the time of your order, I will save your details and contact you as soon as it has arrived.
Q. Are you able to offer discounts for sets?
A. Yes, please contact me directly and we can discuss your requirements.
Q. Do you operate a wedding/gift list service.
A. Yes, please contact me directly and we can discuss your requirements and the best way to manage this for your guests.
Q. Am I able to place an order and arrange to collect it from you at an event close to me.
A. Yes, please contact me and I will take your order directly and make sure I have it with me at the event closest to you.
Q. Do you offer trade discounts?
A. This is certainly possible and will depend on the number of items you would like to order, but please do contact me to discuss your requirements.
Q. I am a food photograph or a food stylist and I would like to use your products as props for a particular photo shoot, is this possible?
